Overview

We want you to love your Manda products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below are the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns — what’s eligible

  • Unopened & unused products (in original sealed packaging) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened or used consumable items (any product where the inner seal has been broken, packets opened, sachets used, or liquids poured) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons — unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund regardless of whether the item has been opened. Please provide photos and order information.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

  • Perishable/opened consumables, samples, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • If an item is returned outside of the return window or without original packaging, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund/credit.

How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Email hello@mandausa.com within the return window with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name(s) and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims)
  2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping costs & responsibilities

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid return label.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
  • For exchanges we will either ship the replacement free (if our error) or charge shipping for the new item.

Refunds & timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Partial refunds / restocking

  • Partial refunds may be issued where products are returned opened/damaged, or missing original packaging. We may apply a reasonable restocking fee if the return is not in original condition.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that we may have already shipped; in that case follow the returns process above.

Fraud prevention & proof of purchase

  • Returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt). We reserve the right to refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected.
